①順零件的主應(yīng)力方向切取縱向試樣:在零件高應(yīng)力部位切取縱向、橫向和高度方向試樣

②零件有金屬流線要求的部位

③鑄造變形里小的部位

④湊近鋼錠冒口一端的部位

⑤在鍛件截面內(nèi)，圓形實(shí)心件普通在距外貌1/3半徑處切?。壕匦螌?shí)心件在距外貌1/6 對(duì)角線處切取:空腹件則在1/2壁厚處切取
